We are led by a single principal architect; Doug Bruce, complemented by an experienced staff who inquire, challenge, and collaborate with each other for cost-efficient design solutions. We are equals in the office - no idea is off-limits, and our staff truly believes that we work together as a team internally and with our clients. Collaboration is a critical component in delivering a successful project.
Owner since 1992 and graduate of the Ball State University College of Architecture & Planning program, Doug Bruce has always had a passion for the built environment and has created many of the most iconic structures in southern Indiana. Living life to the fullest, Mr. Bruce enjoys cycling, hiking, photography, and racing vintage cars at world-class circuits in the US. Doug Bruce is also a civic-minded Architect with participation in the following local organizations: Bloomington Historic Preservation Commission, Greater Bloomington Chamber of Commerce, Commission for Bloomington Downtown, Bloomington North Rotary Club, and a graduate of Leadership Bloomington- Class of 2001.
