Switchyard Park Housing Project gains approval.

Tabor/Bruce Architecture & Design is excited to announce that our infill-mixed use project along the new Switchyard park was approved 9-0 by the City Council last evening. This has been a multi year effort (Started in 2011) and will contain town homes, three multi story apartment and commercial use structures, and structured parking. The standard will be high, as we will provide an affordable housing component, LEED Silver design, with access to the B-Line trail for a walkable, compact urban form design.
